   Call the Utah secretary of state. They handle dealer licensing. I do know as long as it is under a certain number a year, you may not need one.

   Yeah – 3 a year… in your name. Then you use your brother’s name, sister’s name, parents names, and best mate’s name… can get tricky after that (but I am sure u could figure out a few ways).
